Download Reiva
Reiva is a user-first, system-level adaptive awareness — a context memory manager that runs entirely on your hardware. No cloud. No subscription. No vendor watching over your shoulder. Three intelligences. Your machine, your way.
Reiva runs local language models via Ollama. Install Ollama, then pull the two default models Reiva ships with:
ollama pull gemma3:4b ollama pull llama3.1:8b gemma3:4b handles fast routing. llama3.1:8b handles deep requests.
Both are needed. You can change them later in settings.
System requirements
What you need to run Reiva. Windows 10 / 11. Linux users are recommended to build their own.
- OS Windows 10 or Windows 11 (64-bit)
- Runtime Ollama (free, open-source) — installed and running before first launch
- Disk ~45 MB for the installer; additional space for Ollama model files (~4 GB for both default models)
- RAM 8 GB minimum; 16 GB recommended for comfortable model performance
- CPU x64, any modern processor. GPU acceleration is optional via Ollama — improves response speed.
- GPU NVIDIA (CUDA) or AMD (ROCm) GPU for significantly faster local model inference via Ollama
- RAM 32 GB for running larger models without performance degradation
- SSD NVMe SSD for faster model loading and session state reads
- Network Not required after initial Ollama model download. Reiva is fully local once set up.
What's included
Everything in the installer, unpacked.
The main app: intelligence routing, authorization layer, execution gate, and the Varyn memory integrity gate. The full pipeline, ready to run.
The foundational configuration for Arch, Forge, and Solen. Role definitions, routing rules, scope boundaries, and the authorization scaffolding that connects them.
Structured knowledge packs that help the intelligences operate with calibrated confidence — knowing what they know, what they do not, and where to draw the line.
Inline documentation covering the authorization model, routing syntax, Varyn memory controls, and how to configure the system. Also available in-app.
The session storage layer. All sessions, memory candidates, and Varyn staging data live here — on your machine, in a location you can inspect and back up independently.
The license file is included in the installer and placed alongside the application files. Non-commercial use only. See the legal page for full terms.
First-run flow
Five steps from installer to first conversation. No account creation, no cloud setup, no telemetry opt-in.
Install
Run reiva-setup-1.0.0.exe. The installer places the application
and all bundled files. On completion, a setup wizard opens automatically.
Welcome to Reiva
The setup wizard opens. Reiva explains what she is: local, adaptive, fully on your device. Nothing leaves your machine without your specific authorization. This step takes about two minutes and sets how the system starts.
Meet the intelligences
Three intelligences are introduced: Calder (migrative), Axiom (generative), and Plumb (comparative). Each has a specific role and no authority over the others. You see what each one does before any of them act.
Set your authorization
Choose how you want the intelligences authorized: per use (ask each time), per session (authorized until you close Reiva), or indefinitely. This is your call. You can change it any time in settings.
Let's go
Three intelligences ready. Foundation in place. Close the wizard and Reiva opens. Calder will greet you and ask whether to run a quick baseline check of your hardware — opt-in, tells her what your system can handle.
Reiva arrives without any knowledge of you. The foundation you build in the first session is what she grows from — every session after draws on it. Read this before you start.
